Bookings and Payments
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the event details with you and received any required deposit. The balance, and any other agreed charges, must be paid by the date we communicate to you. Prices and availability may change until a booking is confirmed.
Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver a great event, you agree to:
- Provide accurate event details, including date, time, venue, and special requests
- Ensure safe access to the venue, suitable power, and reasonable working space for our team and equipment
- Inform us promptly of any changes to the schedule or venue
- Treat our DJs, artists, and staff with respect
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
